Using the service

rumpelstiltskin ai operates rumpelstiltskinai.org, an AI short-video creation platform inspired by the Rumpelstiltskin fairy tale. By using the service you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. Accounts and purchases are intended for adults.

This is an independent creative tool. It is not affiliated with the creators of the viral dancing clip or any film studio. AI-generated videos should not be represented as authentic archival film footage.

Video generation

Submit a text prompt and select the available generation settings. Requests are processed by our configured AI provider, fal.ai. The credit cost is shown before submission. Video generation takes time and can fail; we do not guarantee exact timing, particular creative results, audio availability or uninterrupted service.

Task status and output links are shown in your video history. Provider URLs may expire or be removed. Download results you wish to retain; permanent storage is not guaranteed in this first version. Do not assume a displayed preview is a finished video.

Accounts and credits

Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for your prompts and account activity. Do not abuse promotional credits, create accounts to evade restrictions or use automated requests to disrupt the service.

Credits are service units and have no cash value. Generation costs, plan availability, expiry conditions and payment amounts are displayed in the applicable interface or checkout. Paid purchases are available only when a payment provider is configured. Subscription renewal and cancellation terms, where offered, are disclosed before purchase.

Technical failures are handled by the generation service's credit-return process. If you believe a failed request was charged incorrectly, contact us with the task identifier. Send billing, cancellation or refund requests to support@rumpelstiltskinai.org with your account email and order reference. Refund requests are reviewed under the purchase terms and applicable consumer law; these terms do not limit statutory rights.

Your content

Submit only content you have the right to use. You retain your existing rights in your prompts and grant us permission to process them and share them with the AI provider to deliver the service. AI output may resemble other content and may not qualify for exclusive rights. Check third-party rights before commercial use. You are responsible for how you use and share results; identify them as AI-generated.

Availability and enforcement

We may reject prohibited requests, suspend abusive accounts and update or discontinue features. Provider safeguards may reject a request. The service is offered as available, with rights and remedies subject to applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
