About this service

rumpelstiltskin ai operates rumpelstiltskinai.org, an AI Rumpelstiltskin short-video generation platform for creating fictional characters, dances and fairy-tale scenes from text prompts. Contact support@rumpelstiltskinai.org with privacy questions.

Prompts and generated videos

When you request a generation, your prompt and selected generation settings are sent to our AI provider, fal.ai, to produce a video. Please do not include sensitive personal information in prompts. The provider processes requests under its own terms and privacy practices.

We store account records and generation metadata in Cloudflare D1, including the prompt, task status, provider request reference, output URL and any generation error. The first version displays videos using the provider's output URLs. These links may expire or become unavailable; download results you want to keep. We do not promise permanent video retention. Output files are not copied into Cloudflare R2 unless separate storage has been configured.

Account and service records

We process your account email, profile information, authentication sessions, credit transactions, orders and support requests to operate your account and the service. Hosting systems may process request logs and technical information for security and reliability. Authentication uses essential session cookies.

Payments, email delivery and optional analytics are available only when the corresponding provider is configured. Enabled providers process the information necessary for their functions. This policy does not imply that Microsoft Clarity, a payment provider or an email provider is currently enabled. Payment details are handled by the configured payment provider; we retain order references and transaction status, rather than full card details.

Sharing and retention

We share information with hosting and AI providers as needed to deliver the service, and with other configured providers when you use their features. We do not sell your personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law.

Account and task metadata are retained to support your account, generation history, accounting and security. Provider output retention follows provider policies. We have not established a guaranteed file retention period. Contact us to request deletion; records required for legal, accounting or security purposes may need to be retained.
